As College and Career Preparation Program Manager, Cynthia leverages her five years of educational experience to drive impactful programs that support first-generation students and families. With a background in Educational and Latin American Studies from Colgate University, she has worked extensively with English Language Learners in Ecuador, Colombia, Guatemala, and California.

Her global experience, including a Fulbright Fellowship at Universidad de Córdoba, enhances her approach to addressing the needs of immigrant and housing-insecure families in East San José. At LEAF, Cynthia is committed to dismantling barriers to education, empowering students to succeed academically, and championing equity for the next generation of leaders.
