As LEAF’s Operations Manager, Ashley plays a pivotal role in supporting our mission to empower Latinx students and families. A Santa Clara University graduate with a B.S. in Math and minors in Spanish and Urban Education, she brings seven years of HR experience from West Valley College. Ashley, a Latina in STEM and a first-gen college graduate, deeply understands the unique challenges faced by our students. Her commitment to educational equity is evident through her tutoring and mentoring of middle and high school students in East San José. At LEAF, Ashley’s expertise and dedication are crucial in equipping our team and advancing our efforts to uplift and support the community.
