PUENTE de LEAF Graduation

On September 1st, the second cohort of Puente de LEAF celebrated their graduation, marking the beginning of an exciting Hispanic Heritage Month. This graduation ceremony acknowledged the successful completion of a summer transition program that supports families with students who are preparing for their first semester of higher education. The program emphasizes the significance of postsecondary education and encourages families to support their students in their educational journey.

The level of interest from parents who aspire to be supportive guides for their college students is truly remarkable. We are eager to witness students and their families have a gratifying college experience and are excited for the students to meet their LEAF Mentors in the upcoming fall.
