An immense range of capabilities: Lisanna Dominguez brings to the table everything LEAF needs to push its initiatives forward even further

The two essential elements of her career you need to know about are (1) the caliber of organizations she’s optimized and (2) the scale at which she’s executed.

As of late, Lisanna has been developing relationships that bolster opportunities for 10,000 Degrees, an influential non-profit responsible for college access headway in seven Bay Area counties and counting.

She manages their regional portfolio and innovates fundraising approaches that serve a staggering 12,000 students and families with low-income backgrounds.

Lisanna also worked developing and managing programs and partnerships at the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley, a resilient organization with a rich history of equity-creation that has ensured over 4,000 students and parents from low-income backgrounds have the resources they need to oversee their children’s college success.

What’s next?

Lisanna will be an ambassador for LEAF who provides laser-focused financial management and a wellspring of solutions for everything from peak board engagement to new fundraising possibilities. She has built successful educational programs from the ground up, managing marketing, internal and external recruitment, and strategic business plan implementation.

However, her motivation behind taking on these professional challenges is the differentiator that’ll make her a trusted advisor to LEAF’s Chair immediately. Lisanna’s devotion to educational equity is what drives her to cultivate creative solutions and long-term, productive relationships with partner organizations, school districts, funders, and external stakeholders, and LEAF is thrilled to have her join our growing team!
